About

For busy professionals navigating stress, distraction, and emotional overwhelm.

Reflections and practices on calm, presence, and flow—for meeting daily life with more ease and clarity.

I draw from 30+ years of personal practice across multiple contemplative traditions—including non-dual inquiry, Shamanism, Peter Hesse Sound Massage with Tibetan healing bowls, sound work, Tantra, Mantra, gratitude practices, and emotional release techniques.

The insights here come from lived experience, not borrowed wisdom.

No guru positioning. No spiritual performance. Just grounded practices that work with real life. Not retreat life.

Short reads. Deep calm. Real results.
