The PREET Retreat: A Journey Into Presence, Joy, and Self-Trust
đ§ Why This Retreat Exists
What problem are we solving?
You might feel like your mind is always racingâschool, expectations, your future. Itâs a lot. No one taught you how to manage all of it. No one gave you a way to feel calm and clear inside your own life.
Who is this for?
If you're between 16â25, or in a liminal space (a space between unknowns) or dealing with burnout and ever feel like:
"How am I going to manage all this?"
"Why do I feel so out of control?"
"Is this even the right path for me?"
...this retreat is for you.
What will this unlock for you?
A way to get clear, calm, and grounded
Simple, powerful tools to plan your life without overwhelm
A deeper connection to your joy and your body
A personal "manual for life"âthe one you were never given
What might you walk away feeling?
"I feel lighter. I actually have space to breathe."
"I know how to move forward now."
"I feel like Iâm living from my own rhythm."

Whoâs Delivering the Retreat?
This retreat is created and led by Harpreet Singhâa Silicon Valley professional with over 25 years of experience as a tech CEO/Entrepreneur (launchableinc.com), Head of Product (CloudBees, Atlassian) and an Engineer (Sun Microsystems).
Harpreet brings the weight of real-world execution, leadership, and burnout recovery into this retreatâs productivity frameworks and life design tools.
But just as deep is his journey inward. Harpreet has spent decades immersed in meditation and personal growth, drawing from Kriya Yoga, Tantra (Sri Vidya), Advaita (Non-Duality), and other contemporary practices.
He has led numerous meditation in-person and online sessions and is the creator of the signature course: Gratitude Meditation: A Journey into Stillness and Feeling.
This blend of executive clarity and embodied stillness informs every part of this experience:
Youâll learn meditation not just to calm downâbut to touch who you really are
Youâll learn productivity not just to get more doneâbut to do what matters most to your joy
This retreat is not about escaping life. Itâs about learning how to live itâfully, presently, and wisely.

đ€ The PREET Framework drives the retreat
PREET means Love in Hindiâand itâs also the journey weâll walk together.
PREET is a return to the love beneath all effortâthe kind that feels like worthiness (âI am worthyâ), and lives in the stillness of simply being. This worthiness and trust in yourself makes life a incredibly fun journey
